This panel aims to inspire and inform aspiring aviators about alternative career paths within the industry.

During this engaging session, our panelists will share their personal journeys, insights, and the challenges they've overcome. Topics will include the specific skills and training required for different sectors, career prospects, and the potential for personal and professional growth.

The event will feature a dedicated Q&A session where attendees can interact directly with the panelists, seeking advice tailored to their individual career aspirations. This interactive format aims to provide invaluable guidance and support for flight students at various stages of their training.

The TnBAA Young Professionals (YoPro) Group was formed as part of our initiative to grow the local aviation community across Tennessee. We find it important to provide support, share our resources and knowledge, while advocating for the younger generation to pursue careers in business aviation.
